I was told there were some customers that wanted the recipe for Sweet and Sour Cabbage Soup. Here ya go:
Sweet and Sour Cabbage Soup
2 Heads Cabbage
4 each Carrots
2 each Onions
1 bunch Celery
4 bottles Catsup
1 can Crushed Pineapple
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Water
1. Cut Onions, celery, carrots and brown in Pot.
2. Add Catchup, pineapple, vinegar, water and THEN Cabbage.
3. Simmer about an hour

They chose from our One Pound Ribeye and Italian Chicken.
Roast some butter beans, onions, rye seeds,
seasonings, sauerkraut, and pork.
Then you have Kapusta!

I had a neat group from Mountain Home tonight. They chowed down family style on a big grilled veggie platter and some grilled chicken with our evil Southwest Sauce, Blue Cheese, and Italian Dressing.
